I was born in Caracas, where I studied and obtained a Psychology degree. After graduating, even though I was not very clear about the area of my career I wanted to dedicate myself to, I started working in HR for several service companies. There, I not only learned about organizational management, but also had the opportunity to create and refine recruitment processes, as well as professional development programs that included performance evaluations and their respective training programs.

After almost 5 years in HR and longing for a change, I started working independently by advising undergraduate theses for the José María Vargas University design students. This is where I learn about usability, user experience, hear for the first time the term "UX" and realize that as a psychologist I can contribute a lot to this area.

Since there was not a single educational resource in my country then, I chose to train myself by reading books, doing online courses and consuming everything related to the subject I could find on the internet... I made my research to become a UX researcher :)

Finally, I decide to try my luck abroad. After a couple of failed attempts I settled down in Madrid, 2017; where I found the opportunity to work as a Researcher in a design department for the first time.

Having participated in digital product/service design projects; plus the constant immersion in a work environment integrated by UX/UI professionals, resulted in the acquisition of new methodologies, techniques and general knowledge of UX design.
