Research work for process optimization on a insurance company

The company had several obstacles (technological, organizational and process) that slowed down its operations, especially between different departments.
We conducted interviews and non-participant observations in each one of the departments, with each one of the employees; to inquire about these factors, find pain points and propose alternatives that would help to improve their internal processes.
