Educational chatbot for employees of the food sector

Training chatbot to help employees in the preparation of food products based on recipes, formulas and specifications.

The customer requested a training chatbot for internal use to facilitate employees in the preparation of food products based on recipes, formulas and specifications. We involved several workers and potential users to conduct remote interviews and workshops; in order to define the information architecture, create the conversational flows, the bot's personality, tone and style of its messages.
