HR platform for resumes management

In-house project to improve usability of an existing HR platform

Responding to HR requirements we improved the design of an internal platform for resumes management, and also crafted some modules from scratch. Improvement involved front-end screens that would be filled in by the employees with their professional information; and new modules involved back-end screens for HR use only, which would show the database generated by employees input.

Tools and methods I used: Interviews with users and stakeholders, co creation workshops, wireframes
